BUSINESS NEEDS

Helm Yachting is charter company, specialized in renting its own fleet of yachts sailing around the Aeolian islands-Sicily in Italy. With a fleet of 18 yachts, Helm yachting commissioned to Crystal media the whole media production (pictures and videos), the whole website (including the complex booking engines integration) and the eMail Marketing Automation projects.

Helm Yachting needed a partner able both to translate its ambitious goals into a feasible business plan and then to transform it into real working digital platform. Crystal Media did it! We sat down with Founders, listened, designed, proposed, corrected and, finally, we released the whole business plan: creating a full digital platform enabling to interact directly with customers rather than relying on unskilled travel agencies or expensive marketplaces.

Crystal simply shocked me: they did 200% what I expected. Media creation, copywrite, website with fully integrated booking engines (MKK and nausys) and online payment channels, social network set-up, feeding and integration with website, with a holystic media content planning. This is not just a metter of bits & bytes, it’s evident that hey also know the old mastery of strategic marketing too! The real challenge was not to put together the digital puzzle, but to understand the specificity of the purchase process of such an expensive and elitist product like ours.
