We needed to refresh our image and improve our Social Mdia communication, so we hired Crystal Media and took 2 of their Staff to our Summer University Olympic Games in China. They shooted the whole event with from any possible "angle", even placing mini wearable camers on Basket ball players, Sword fighters helmets, Archer's arch and even flying javelins! The result has been truly beyond exoectations. And they also polished our TikTok channel, taking it to another level, by applying strategic content development to bio, hashtags and keywords, using wisely chosen trending songs and effects never seen before. 10 out of 10!

What a great eCommerce they have created. It is fully responsive, perfectly integrated with any online payment channel, directly linked to Instagram, Facebook and Google Merchant Center and, to finish strongly SEO boosted. We asked them also to help with paid traffic and we liked the "search-retarget-similar audiences" approach that they proposed, with progressive and controlled budget strategy increase.

How Crystal blended quantitative [data-driven] analysis with qualitative projection of digital business opportunities left me wordless. These guys are on next level: they understand technology, organization and processes and only after this, they begin to build logical solutions designed just for execeptional results.

I engaged Crystal for supporting our plan of investment to sell our Honda CRF 450 Rally RS, a Dakar Rally racing motorbike based on Honda enduro motorbike. They managed our social posting on both Facebook and Instagram. I have to be honest: the beginning was tough: it took long time to begin to see results,but we all did not give up and after several month it banged in few days: 10 motorbikes sold, 7 competitors subscribed for Dakar Rally and 3 for Africa Race. ROI of the operation?! How many zero can we count? :-)))
